- I saw a business card design I like. Can I order a replicate design?
We love to provide custom designs to our clients therefore we strive to ensure that no two designs are alike. Since we have been getting a lot of template requests, we will soon have a select few available for purchase. Please subscribe to our blog or newsletter for updates!
10/26/11 UPDATE! Our new Shop is here! - What is your average turnaround time for retouching?
The average turnaround for retouching varies on what is in que at the time you place your order and what your project duties consist of. Rush services are sometimes available and will be at an additional cost.
- Do you offer rush services?
Rush services are only available when time allows, so please specify that you need to place a rush on your order and we will let you know if it is available. Rush service on graphic design or retouching projects will be subject to an additional fee which varies. Rush services are not available for design projects that include printing.
- What type of payment options do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders.
- What types of files do you accept when placing a retouching order?
For retouching, it is always best to send your highest quality and properly exposed file. Your resolution should be a minimum of 300dpi. This will ensure the best results. We accept tifs, high quality jpgs and RAW file such as Cr2 and NEF.
- What file formats do you accept when placing a graphic design order?
We accept ZIP,PDF, EPS, AI, JPEG, TIFF, and PSD files.If you are sending photos please make sure your photos are at a resolution of 300dpi and is at its highest quality.
- Do you accept Trade or Test Projects?
No, we do not engage in trade or test projects for graphic design or retouching.
- How do I send a file to you?
You can send your files to files@tdhstudio.com or via FTP. If you are sending multiple files, you can also zip them all into one. We also accept files sent to us using www.yousendit.com, www.sendspace.com or Drop Box.
- Do I have to pay a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to begin production on any project, be it graphic design or retouching. A refund will only be provided on a case by case basis. If we have not placed your order into production a refund of your deposit will be returned within 24 to 72 hours of palcing your order.
- Can I repost, share, manipulate, make changes to any works on your site?
Please be advised that our rights to the items on this all pages to this site, including any retouched photographs, videos or creative works by us , will be protected by the Asafi Law Firm in accordance with United States Copyright law. Any unauthorized use of the items on this page may result in statutory damages of more than $150,000 per violation. What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Yes, We do offer personal retouching service, which is a service that is set up on recurring billing per month starting at a rate of $1,000usd per month and up to 50 photos. We only accept 2-3 clients per month for this service, due to it being very personal. We will assist you with creating a look and feel for your photographs, art directing, and more~! If you are interested please contact us by going to our request a quote page.
- I have a problem with my print order, how do I submit a return request?
If you ordered a design+print order package from us and there is a probelm with your order, please submit a ticket for support. We will promptly assist you with your requests.
